Your USB flash drive doesn't appear in my computer but appears in the DISK MANAGEMENT.
Here's how to solve it...
You may notice that in the usb devices icon it will not show because you may forget to assign a DRIVE letter to your flash drive.
All you have to do is right click Computer icon on your desktop(Win 7) and choose Manage
then under Storage select Disk Management
Right click the flash drive and select Change Drive Letters and Paths
click Add
choose what letter you want, then OK
it will then recognize the drive.
DONE...
