Have experience this problem???
Your USB flash drive doesn't appear in my computer but appears in the DISK MANAGEMENT.
Here's how to solve it...
You may notice that in the usb devices icon it will not show because you may forget to assign a DRIVE letter to your flash drive.
All you have to do is right click
Computer icon on your desktop(Win 7) and choose
Manage
then under
Storage select
Disk Management
Right click the flash drive and select
Change Drive Letters and Paths
click
Add
choose what letter you want, then
OK
it will then recognize the drive.
DONE...

If you had problems removing the stand of an ACER monitor when you want to wall mount it, here's a tip on removing the stand to avoid further mess removing it.(note: applicable only to this kind of monitor and other ACER brand with the same style of stand)
Mine was an ACER X193HQ, i had hard time finding way to remove this, google didn't help me well...
To remove the base, just press that red spot from the image in your stand and pull its base.
To remove the stand, it is screwed behind its cover (a 1.5x 1.5 inch cover, on both sides, one with those blue arrows). You have to remove first the cover, to do that, you need to have 4 pieces of thin metal to insert on those blue arrows to lift the latch of the cover, once inserted, you can then remove the cover without destroying its latch.
There are four screws to remove connecting the stand, after removing, you can return the screws and cover back in place.
My covers were whacked, all four latches cracked, i used double sided tape to put them back. But this won't affect the perfomance of the monitor. (sorry no cam for now)

If you want to know how to check the Power Supply Unit (PSU) of your PC, here a simple guide on checking it if it works without attaching it to your motherboard and other components. (picture:credits to eab.abime.net)
All you have to do is to short the pins of the green and black wire and if it's a 24 pin connection, connect pin 15 and 16. After shorting the wire, turn on the PSU and you will notice the fan rotating and if not, its defective.
